This is an unapproved draft strategic plan under development by a subcommittee of the BLFF Board. A group containing some Board Members and Active Volunteers met several times over several months to discuss what BLFF might want to accomplish over the next 5 years - 2012 - 2017. A survey of the Bandon community and library users will be done in April/May 2012. The results of that survey will be incorporated into the draft plan. The Board plans to review a final draft at its annual meeting on May 29, 2012.
